About Our Venue

Our primary venue is situated in Little Elm, Texas, offering ample space for gatherings of up to 80 guests in a banquet-style setting without dance space and 64 guests with dance space. The venue features elegant tables and chairs, sophisticated lighting, and a stunning backdrop suitable for any occasion. The Little Elm location includes a preparation area at the rear, a designated food serving zone, and a main lounge adorned with draping and accent walls.

For more intimate events, our Aubrey location accommodates up to 30 guests banquette style, 20 guests if dance space is needed. This venue is presents a beautifully designed white box, perfect for intimate baby showers, family gathering, milestone adult birthdays etc.

 In-House Decorations

We offer in-house decoration services tailored to our clients' preferences. Clients can choose from options ranging from simple balloon garlands to comprehensive décor packages. We provide bundled packages designed to fit various budgets.

Food and Beverages

Please note that we do not supply food or beverages. Clients are responsible for their catering needs; however, we can recommend a list of caterers should the need arise.

Booking Process

• Explore our range of packages and pricing options to assess whether our venue aligns with your event requirements.

• Arrange a site visit through our website.

• Complete your booking online or submit the booking inquiry form to receive a proposal. Please ensure to read, review, and sign the contract thoroughly. A security deposit of $200 is necessary to confirm your reservation, which will be included in the overall cost.

• We maintain a 30-day cancellation policy. Kindly note that any payments made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

Payment Policy. A retainer fee of $200 is required to secure the date. The second installment, 50% of the remaining balance, is due midway through the project. The final payment must be made at least fourteen days before the event. For events occurring within fourteen days, full payment is required upon booking.
