Custom Decor


Venue Policies
Every event is unique. We offer custom décor beyond our standard packages—printed backdrops, vinyl decals, custom-color drapes, linens, and more. Text us your inspiration photo for a personalized quote to bring your vision to life.
Policies 1. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy A $200 incidental deposit is required to secure your event date. 50% of the venue rental fee is due 30 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. All payments made are nonrefundable, unless the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the event. 2. Incidental Deposit The $200 incidental deposit is refundable within 7 days after the event, provided all policies are followed. This includes adhering to the checkout time, removing all personal items and equipment, and leaving the venue clean. Checkout time is strictly enforced; all guests must exit by the agreed time. The deposit will be used to cover any damages caused by the client, their guests, or vendors. If damages exceed the deposit amount, an invoice will be issued to the client. Any overtime charges due to staying beyond checkout will be deducted from the deposit. 3. Check-In / Check-Out Rental time begins and ends as outlined in your booking. Early entry or late departure is subject to additional fees and must be arranged in advance. All setup and cleanup must be completed within your rental window. 4. Alcohol Policy If alcohol is to be served, a TABC-certified bartender is required. The host must email proof of the bartender’s license at least two days before the event. We strongly recommend event insurance if alcohol will be served. The host assumes full responsibility for any alcohol-related incidents or damages. 5. Cleaning Policy Unless a cleaning service is booked through us, the client is responsible for: Removing all trash (including from the bathrooms) Wiping spills Returning all furniture to its original position 6. Food & Catering We do not have a kitchen or any cooking equipment's. All food must be brought ready to serve, cooking in the facility is prohibited. Clients are fully responsible for their own catering arrangements. 7. Noise & Conduct Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep doors closed and minimize loud noise. Loitering, loud music, or gatherings in the parking lot or outside the venue are strictly prohibited. 8. Decor & Setup No adhesives (tape, glue, nails, push pins, command strips, etc.) are permitted on the walls or floors. All decorations must be placed on free-standing structures or stands. Poster boards, signage, and décor may not be attached to any venue surface
